Can anyone identify these navigation lights?

I have a 2006 Premier Legend 225. I'm trying to determine who the manufacturer of my navigation lights might be. I have attached a picture. Any help is appreciated!

I had the same light that was cracked... The only place I found to order was from a Premier dealer.
I hope this helps. It was simple to put on.
