RV Cover for Suntracker Party Cruiser

#1 Post by Sosjtb » Fri Dec 01, 2017 6:50 pm

Has anyone used an RV cover to protect a suntracker party cruiser in dry storage? To me it looks like with the Bimini frame up, you get a rectangular profile that would support a Class A RV cover. Any thoughts or experiences?

Go for a travel trailer cover. You would do best to just cover the structure and not the whole boat.

I thought about that also. I do have a factory cover for the front. They don’t make them anymore and the boat will be sitting in dry storage for a while due to a temporary move. My thoughts are in using the RV cover to cover everything including the play pen and it’s cover to protect that cover from the Texas sun. RV covers that are water proof and offer UV resistance can be had for $200 much cheaper than a replacement custom cover for the front.
