Battery switch ring connectors

#1 Post by jediger » Fri Mar 02, 2018 7:10 am

Is there a standard size for ring connectors to be used with a battery switch? Boat is winterized an hour away and not available for checking. Thanks in advance.

the studs on the switch are either 5/16 or 3/8, probably 3/8 If I had to take a guess. The wire size is probably #2. make sure you use heat shrink over the wire crimp area and some dielectric grease after crimping them. if you can tin them and solder them in even better.
