Nice covered slip. Is that a single-wide or double-wide slip? Having a covered slip is great -- adding a lift to the slip makes it even that much better.
If that's a single-wide slip, dang, I could probably put my boat in there during a tornado. Our slip is only 10' wide -- makes for a little pucker power when bringing in a 8.5' wide boat, especially with Oklahoma winds blowing from the side.

it's a double and only a pontoon will be there, he matches boats to boats so fenders actually work
2 pontoons have about 1 ft clearance on deck side and about 3 ft between so it is kind of tight when the wind is blowing
