Craig thanks for the trimmer line idea!! I ran it in as far as I could (about 3 feet) and turned it several times, fired it up and boom had a full stream and no horn. :nana

When you replaced the impeller, did you also replace the other rubber parts??? A few years ago, I had the rubber that holds the water tube on the water pump rupture on the side...it had the same symptoms....I now do the complete rebuild every year. :coffee
