Live in Florida and bugs can be bad and love bugs can be a complete disaster to your paint.
Any one have any ideas or tricks to protect the front of your boat while trailering?
thanks

I have heard of people using Saran Wrap (as tight as possible). Then run some painters tape on the fence then after that is applied, a small piece of duct tape on the top of the fence and at the rub rail on both sides (no duct tape on the painted fence).

Moving blanket cut in half longways, 4 holes in corners, in about 3 inches, then rope and use bowline on blanket and tie off to fencing?

I have heard of saran wrap idea. however, never use duct tape on any thing that you might want to take it off of. Packing tape is better.
The blanket idea may work. Might look at that.

I've tried saran wrap and painter's tape. The wind made short work of the saran wrap. The tape worked ok but was time consuming both to put on and take off.
I would explore the blanket idea further.

Shrink wrap is saran wrap on steroids. Maybe?

Why not just get a cover for the boat?? Most of the "playpen" covers go all the way down to the decking in the front and would solve your problem.
