I don't think that is a bad price if clean it has some extras that are worth some cash. like the straks. remember that when you buy bennington you are buying one of the best pontoons on the market. for instance look at how the boat was made. get under it and really look you will see that everything is bolted down not screwed. they use 1.5 rails instaed of 1". when i bought mine the sales man literaly hung off their demos canapy. i was inpressed ill stop Im starting to sound like the sales man that sold me mine 09 bennington GLs 75 horse Yamaha. But i also want to add remember to check out the boat completly walk on the floor jump on the floor. and tell them you want to drive it first. nothin. if they say no walk away they will more than likly let you. also offer less than you want to pay say they want 16500. deal on it. there is always room to move. one last thing find out if you can get the manufactures warrenty on the tubs and deck that is life time. but only for the first owner see what they can do. sorry ill stop typing now later.

I have a friend up on Grand Lake who has a 25' Bennington w I/O drive. Man, that thing is built to last. It just depends on what your budget is. I came down a notch or two in price and was able to step into a tri-toon high performance, but it is not as solid as a Bennington.

I'd have to agree the price is in the ball park. Yes, I'm biased since we own a Bennie, but I've done like you and occasionally watched the market.

check out NADA just type it in google.
You can price out all the options of the boat, and see what the price should be. Of course, the owner whats what the owner wants....
I will say that when I bought my used pontoon I got it for 24% less than asking price, and well below NADA price. But the seller really wanted to get rid of it. Plus I was lucky as the boat was sold to another party first, and the deal fell thru due to the buyer not getting financing.
If you can afford a few extra bucks for a clean boat with the options you want is not a bad deal.
It does not look like a bad deal, but I did not check NADA.

According to NADA low retail is $16505 and avg is $18200. Not a bad deal if it includes a trailer. Sedona is Bennys chevy line, same construction but less amenities.
