Anyone done the Great Loop on a pontoon?

The record for fastest "loop" is held by a primer tritoon with a Yamaha. Forget where I read the story but it's been done! Sounds like a good time to me !!!

Has been my dream for 30 years, we talked about it last night in hot tub...only thing holding us back is lack of funds and time for a 1 year journey

A pontoon isnt my 1st choice though, probably will get a 23ft cuddy project to build for it...many years away

I was curious if there were any web sites to put together a group to do it but found nothing with my searches. Oh well......not that I could really do it but I always keep the idea open in the back of my mind.
