Bimini Tops - What to look for?

I recently purchase a 2003 Fisher Freedom 220 DLX/Fish with a 115 HP Mercury Optimax. The boat doesn't have a Bimini top nor frame. The boat is 100 inches wide and its 27 inches from floor to top railing. My thoughts are I need a 10 ft in length cover. I want something that will block out the sun. Of course the wallet likes the $301 but I am concerned about how well made it is. Any body purchased from any of these or from another company that was pleased with product. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Of the three you posted id personally go with the one from pontoon stuff. It has all aluminum tubes and no straps to hold it up. Nothing wrong with straps I had them on my old boat but the new one with adjustable aluminum tubes is much easier and much sturdier.
On my last boat ( ground up rebuild) I did get just the replacement cover for my old frame from pontoon stuff. It was a cheap fabric but lasted nine years and was still nice when I sold the boat.

The ONLY thing I might add to this conversation would be to consider going ahead and getting a double bimini. My old girl has a double bimini that zippers together in the center. If not for the ability to have full boat shade on these killer days, I would be restricted to one area of the boat.
If the wife wants to soak in the sun, we just open one bimini.
Fair skin sucks, but the double bimini and SPF 900 sunscreen makes it work.

Thanks for the information and pictures. I wouldn't have thought choosing the right top would have been as challenging. There is a lot of choices, fabrics, sizes etc.....

A Post Script .......after looking again at Carver Tops and PS I have decided with PS. A tan 8'6" X 10' for my 22 foot Fisher. The Admiral aka wife chose the color. The boat is white/creme with green on the side so I think the tan should look nice. Thanks again. Now I have to work on the wiring. Seats and carpet need replacing but I hope to get one year out of it.
Thanks again.

Good luck with your project! Keep us posted as you make progress, we like pictures lol
Also I second the choice of a tan Bimini. It should look great with the colors you mentioned!
