diagnostic tool honda bf135

Does anyone have any info on a diagnostic tool for the honda outboards (135) ? Just wondering if anyone has purchased anything on an owner level, not some 5,000 bucks dealer setup tool. I have an '04 Honda. I've watched a few youtube videos, but nothing simple there.
