So an update.

Things are great. I have tried a few different props and i am not running a 12.5 x 8 pitch prop and WOW; this is a new pontoon. Takes off hard and tops out around 23 to 24 mph at 5300 to 5400 RPMs with 4 adults and 2 little ones. I am surprised at how well its doing. Thanks for all the help.

Now its off to do other things to this pontoon.
