Nothing looks or feels better than having the boat be clean and shiny!

Looks nice. Mines due for a cleaning, been four years and too much fish guts, rotten bait, spilled beer, and salt water.
I see your in lake anna, warm water lakes or the main lake. Fished there a ton in late 70s early 80s. Lots of big largemouths.

Nice, it's like Christmas when the boat can finally be brought out. Actually better.... I don't care about Christmas. Hope your shoulders don't pay for it for a week like mine do.

I'm on the cold/public side. For me, having access to on-water fuel and plenty of restaurants and bars to stop at made the decision easy for us. I also don't want to jump into water that's almost 100 degrees in the summer!

Christmas here was very mild (almost 70) and we actually took the boat out on Christmas day, but I know what you mean. Since it stays in on a lift in a covered marina, cleanup isn't too bad. Just some winter dust, spider webs, and pollen, but the dirtiest part was the floor. I scrubbed it down pretty good while it was on the lift, then cruised over to the other side of the marina to get access to the hose to rinse it all down. I was proactive with an adult beverage to help prevent future soreness and stiffness! :biggrin2

The pollen is still flying here. I'll be waiting on a thorough cleaning for another week or two.

Brought mine out of storage a week and a half ago and had it docked on Keowee for two days. Didn't seem to pick up anything on it....but some of the pollen clumps in the lake could be mistaken for sandbars.

Agree, but bass fishing in Feb on the other side was always pretty nice.
Haven't been back in over 40 years, I assume property there is almost untouchable these days. Then it was dirt cheap. Wish I still had my lot today.

:lol3 Seriously there might've been one or two times I did one of those halfway paying attention what is that reaction swerves. Full disclosure, there might've also been one or two cocktails involved.
