That is a very nice looking houseboat.
For that price, I think it should have at least another 1/2 bath if not a full one.
Ed, not to make you feel bad, but Emily WOULD live on that in a heartbeat.

I looked hard at houseboats like this when I was deciding to buy or build. My gripe was that the helm is always stuck in a corner like an afterthought. These things seem more like they are intended to spend most of their life tied to something, with the occasional short cruise on a lake in fairest weather. They also struck me as being overpriced due to the builders' unbridled will to cram as much crap and way too much opulence into a too-small liveaboard.
