storing pontoon boat

I live on a lake north of Boston, and I want to store my small (14') pontoon boat on my shore for the winter. I cannot get a car or truck onto my shore since my property drops down from my house through a wooded area. I don't own a trailer. Any suggestions for moving the boat? The lake has just been lowered so I need to go through shallow water, then across 12' of sand, up a foot over rocks, onto the grass. I have 3 strong sons-in-law, a strong son, and 4 pretty stong daughters.

I think you may be screwed. The easiest would seem to be is to rent/borrow a scissor trailer, go to a ramp, load 'er up, drive to your property, put some foam blocking under the tubes, lower it, and return the trailer. Reverse the process next spring.
Otherwise it looks like you are short a handful of weight lifters to move it across all those obstacles. Even if they could muscle it, how are you planning on getting up the steep bank?

10ft lengths of 4" PVC, chain hoist or come-alongs.

Certainly do, but I'm not allowed to share. You have to come to Canal Day to see that

She's an exhibitionist. She got on a tube and layed out topless in front of the PC last Canal Day. All of a sudden, heads start swarming around, old guys swimming over from every direction...lol.

Last CD it was on my upper deck. While I'm not allowed to post her pics, I'm sure she's on Youtube or elsewhere.

She said ok, post 'em on your site. Her hubby has a problem with it though. To keep her coming to Canal Days every year I told her I wouldn't because he'd get bent out of shape over it adn would end up not letting her go. He already had issues with floating in a tube topless and talking with a bunch of guys.
Not the topless part but being surrounded by guys....
Yet it was Ok to pose topless sitting in my lap...go figure.

Why would a guy be afraid to float on a tube topless and chat with a bunch of guys?!
What a looser!!
She needs to drop that guy and come hang with us more often!
Ohh...oh... you mean HER float topless... ohhh
i see what youre saying now...
well.. she should still come hang with us more often...
heh

Thanks, lakerunner, the ten foot 4" pvc pipes worked great getting my 14' pontoon boat out of the water then across 25 feet of sand and up over an 8" incline. Four strong young men pulling the boat and it was stored in 1/2 hour.
