Where do you store your toon for the winter. I found inside storage at the local Fair Grounds, They charge 7 dollars a foot for the entire winter. I took it there yesterday the 15th and do not need to get it out untill April 1st. Cost me $ 140.00 for the winter.

Mine is at the St Joe county in Michigan. But I hear the Fair Grounds in Ottawa Illinois has indoor storage. That would be Lasalle County.

mines in a shed out at the farm 140 is a great price for inside storage. although the terms of getting out at april is early for where i am at. can still get lots of snow i would think michigan is about the same. ecpesially you get the lake front snow issue.

Fairgrounds are a great place. Ours charges 8$ per foot though (from trailer toungue to end of outboard) so I pay $256. Still dirt cheap for inside locked storage in my book.

You're welcome!
How big is Butte Des Morts anyway? We used to cross it on our way to grandma's house (Oconto) from Milwaukee but never was out on it.

lake butte des morts is about 2 miles by 5 miles. The best part is it is directly connected to lake winnebago, lake winnconne, and lake poygan. Connecting all the lakes is the wolf and fox rivers. So I have over 25 miles of lakes to cover....
It real nice place to boat.
One note: A little lake butte des morts also exist in the area, which is much smaller but also connected via the fox river and some locks
