So the question is: How does one add fresh water to the sink tank on a Landau DX-24 Castaway Pontoon Boat? Unable to find a fill plug, and unable to lift the top with out disasembling half the console. Any body ever seen this before?

Nope, never seen one where the fill cap isn't obvious. Mine's on the exterior cabin wall.

Yeah, I expected the fill plug to be obvious as well. Just might be that I am looking at it, and can't see it. I guess its down taking things apart. You when I do find it, I am going to kick myself.

I saw a sink set up that sounds alot like yours. You basically unscrewed the tap on the sink and filled from there. Good luck.

Are you sure the actual sink fills up, and there's not a reservoir or container somewhere else, that is fed to the sink by a hose?
The reason I say this is because the sink on my boat is fed via a 1/2" tube that runs from under my back bench seat, where there is a 2 1/2 gal. water tank there and straps to hold it down. Does your toon have something similar, but missing the jug or tank maybe?
Sorry if I'm way off, just know that it took a couple of minutes to find mine
