I've never seen one fail, so I would just get what works for you. Cheap/plain or pricey/fancy. I have some pretty blue ones.

Yep, if you plan to raft up get extras. There's always that one guy that "forgets" his yet wants to join the raft

where's the best pricing? they rape you for these things. i bought some big ones from a manufacturer's outlet store for 4 bucks apiece, so you can imagine the markup. now i want more of a different color and they're 30 bucks or more a piece, ridiculous.

eBay...I got 6 Taylor pontoon fence savers for $40 and shipping. 4 new, 2 used.
