I think I gonna get a 14 x 11 I just can't get any speed and my rpms are at 4850. I have the entire city on my toon everytime we take her out. I don't think the 16" will be good on my outboard.

Ya, we cart half the city around too! :drunks
Havent had half the city on there with the new prop yet though.
Most was 6 of us, 3 being teenagers, and i was still able to reach WOT, 4800...

Im sure once we stuff it with 12 circus clowns i wont be able to reach WOT, but then, who cares.. LOL :ridem

I only used to be able to reach like 3400 with 12, so ill guess ill be able to reach just under 4000.

WOT for my I/O is 4400-4800.

14 x 13 with a 115 i was expecting more but its 16 years old wood seats and lotsa weight. The 11 should make me happy. I prob need to rebuild carbs too just not sure if I want to do it durin summer.
