Bought the following last fall and never even hit the water. I so cannot wait until next weekend. Here are the pics of our 2009 23 ft Princecraft Vantage 23S with a 115 HP Mercury. Hope she is good to us.

I have no idea how you managed to contain yourselves over the last 7 months. I think I'd have been out there with a sledgehammer breaking the ice sheet just to get her in the water - or at least sat in the garage making brrm brrm noises and cooking a bbq on her

Hope it goes as well as you have been dreaming of since buying her! Oh the anticipation!

Nice boat, I really like the helm. Nicely designed. Looks like you lost your parking spot in the driveway. One of those comforts thats worth giving up...

Nice lookin' ride. I agree with Bryden, I dig the helm layout and look. Putting all the switches to the right and using the wood looking plastic there is sharp.

Looks Nice... I almost bought a Princecraft with a 200 Verado on it... It was a repo and the bank was being less than helpful with getting the paperwork for it out, so we never could get the deal done.

Nice boats though. If I was a betting man, I'd say they were made right alongside my Cypress Cay...in the Harris Kayot (read Harriss Float Bote) factory.

Well the maiden trip is done and gone. Two good days of breaking in at varied speeds. With two adults and two dogs not to mention our gear top speed was 27 MPH. I thought that was not to bad? The pontoon is 23ft and powered by a 115 Merc. One question. I did not play with the power trim to much. Do you guys drop your motor all the way down? I noticed on my power trim gauge a mark approx 3/4 on the down level? Is this where I am suppose to have my motor set? I had mine all the way down. The RPM for this speed was 6200. Is this normal?

Trim can vary with load. I trim till steering is effortless

Nice looking boat. The trim is more like grip or traction. Down or motor up or vertical gives you more traction from a standing start (hole shot). Once or as you gain speed trim the motor up/out to produce less drag an it should gain speed. 6100 with the motor trimmed all the way down seems a little high to me. Do you know what the pitch of your prop is. Thinking something in the 13p should be close for your boat.

Hey doc is it bad to hit 6200 RPM with the motor all the way down? Am I forcing the motor to much? I am new at this so any help would be appreciated.
