I feel your pain and the best way is to ask them to keep quiet as they distract you.
I had a woman a few years back trying to tell me how to load my boat to the point I had to tell her to shut up. She got mad and started yelling that I was rude. I said I may be rude bur I am not a loudmouth bitch like her.

Don't let anyone tell you how to load your boat, unless you ask for their help. I have guys I've gone to the lake with, that have loaded boats several hundred times more than myself, and saw me doing something that wasn't necesarilly wrong, but wasn't how they would do it either. They didn't speak a word of it, until I had the boat loaded. Then they said hey, it may have been easier if... or Next time, try this... to make this... go smoother.
When I load, I ask that everyone but 1 person of my choosing get off the boat, or sit down, and keep quiet, to ensure that their boating experience continues to be a pleasurable one.
