Need help in new toon choices

I am new to the board and have enjoyed reading many posts. I am considering 3 different toons: 2010 Misty Harbor Biscayne Bay 2285 CS w/ 90 Yamaha~$20850,changing area, sony stereo, carpet, 25" pontoons, seats 14; 2010 Sweetwater SWT 2286 w/ 90 Yamaha~$20400, changing area, Jenson stereo, vinyl, 25" pontoons, seats 10 or 11 and 2009 Avalon 21'LS w/ 50 Honda~$15900, carpet, Jenson stereo, 25" pontoons, seats 11 (all quotes include trailer and 4stroke motors). Any thoughts or experiences with these pontoons would be helpful. I am also debating whether to trade or sell my '96 Neptune 201 DC w/130 Evinrude for about $6000 w/trailer, less than 150 hours on the motor.
Thanks in advance!

Thanks WaltF,
They only have the 2086 in stock and would have to order the 2286. Wouldn't be in until late July, good thing is the dealer is nearby our beach house. The Avalon and Biscayne Bay are in stock, but much further away. Maybe I should have the dealer quote a price on the 2086 and have the wife get a look at it.

Among the three guess I would go with the sweetwater also. I had a San Pan (godfrey marine same as sweetwater). Godfrey makes a great boat.

I googled all three and if me, I would probably pick the Avalon 21'LS because I would want that space outside the front rail to bolt on a pair of fishing chairs. If fishing isn't your bag... then that would not matter though.

My guess is, if you get either of the 3 you explained, you'll be dissapointed. If you have 130hp. now, I wouldn't go any less with a newer boat, hell, I'd go more. That's just me though.

The dealer for the Biscayne Bay just called. Some special deal with Yamaha....I can get the 115 four stroke and the boat cover, upgrade to tandem axle trailer, all for no more monies. I know going from a ski/fishing boat to a pontoon will be a different ride and speed change for me, but now with grandkids and nieces and nephews (young) I think it will be more enjoyable. The dealer is willing to give me a decent amount for the trade of my old Neptune. I think I am going to pull the trigger. I will add a porta potti and dual batteries.

The 2286cs Biscayne Bay should be rigged and ready on Saturday. I added a depth finder for unfamilar waters. What are your thoughts on raw water washdowns? Will it come in handy?
I will attach pictures as soon as I get it.
Thanks

I will be using it in the intercoastal water way around Topsail Island, NC just north of Wilmington. We live on the deep water canals at Surf City, NC. This is my first pontoon. We have jet skis and traded a fishing/ski boat on it. Looks like we will be in for a lot of good times. We have a lot of family in the area. Can't wait to go to the 4th of July celebration on the water.

Nice toon. You won't reget it. I went from a Regal cuddy cabin to my first pontoon, should have made the switch years ago.

Finally on my way in about 15 mins to pick up the new toon. Cover is in and on, they are installing the underdeck ladder as I write. Ready for delivery at 5. How to have her wet on Saturday. Maybe I can apply sharkhide tomorrow evening first. I am ready to Ride!!
