My Own dock...have some questions on what I need

My buddy is allowing me to use his dock, its a huge dock and already has the rubber bumpers on all poles. It doesnt have much protecting on the bottom inside of the slip. what else do i need in there to protect the toon. Its a very quiet small cove and shouldnt get too rocky. Thanks.

There are lots of things that can happen when you place a boat in a slip.

He has rubber bumpers on all poles. That is good

He doesnt have much protection on the bottom inside the slip. Without a lift all you need is water.

unless the lake level is subject to changing then just tie it on all four corners and you should be good to go. Don't tie it too tight leave some slack in the ropes so it can move some. I don't like leaving the boat in the water if I can't check on it at leist weekely. Too many things can happen.

Should be okay. Just don't leave anything on the boat, that looks too desirable. Guess it is a floating dock so just keep an eye on water levels

If you don't have some good size fenders add those. Just remember the go fast bass guys love coves an sometime come screaming in.
