I just wanted to say, we are loving our new pontoon.

We've already used it more this year than we used our old Malibu wake board board the whole last year we owned it...and it's just now July 1st.
Went for a midnight cruise last Saturday night with 10 of our closest friends...after spending about 8 hours on the boat already. Everyone ranted and raved over how comfortable the boat is and more importantly...how much room there is on it. At one point, all 10 of them got up in the front half of the boat for a photo opp...then stayed up there as I took off cruising across the lake again. Not even a hint of submerging the front even with all that weight up there. The motor did want to cavitate just a bit with it coming a bit too high out of the water, so I did have to move a few back to the back half of the boat, but I must say, I was impressed.
I love how it handles rough water. Windy day out...that would keep us from taking the Malibu out for sure. Not a problem with the pontoon. Rough water from lots of boat traffic, not a big deal either. Too much sun, the huge bimini gives a nice place to escape for a while leading to much longer days out on the water more comfortably for everyone.
Best thing most of all, when you are done on the water, just pull it in to the slip, lift it on the hoist and head home. No wiping it down, caring and caressing to keep it perfect looking...hardly any maintenance with it at all. I went up to the boat the day after our all day outing with the large group and 15 minutes of wiping the seats down and vacuuming the carpet and she looked good as new. The Sharkhide is holding up great too, toons still look like new.
Here's some pics of us enjoying her....looking forward to many more days out on the water this year.

and lastly, Captain Lance...

Thanks everyone for your help getting used to the new boat. Hope you all are enjoying your summers on your boats so far as well.
