Hello all and thanks for any advise you send my way in the future.
I just bought a 2000 Fisher 241DLX and this past weekend it served its purpose and everyone had a great time on it.
Before it was kept in the water so the toons were in need of cleaning. I got them pretty shinny with toon bright or something like that. I ran out of time and did not get much time to spend on the colored part inside the fencing. What do you recommend I use to shine that part up?
Also the mooring cover is pretty worn..... Is there some place out there I might find and original cover for it or can you recommend an after market cover for use. It will be for weekdays when not in use and thru the winter. I dont want one that has the straps you tie to the trailer or under the boat, would rather have one that cinches
I am sure I will have more questions in the future and I do appreciate any suggestions you can throw my way.

Welcome
Use Meguiars paint cleaner, if you are talking about cleaning the fence or any painted surfaces, follow with the carnauba wax.

Dbltrbl - Alabaster is actually about 12 miles from where I live and I contacted them the other day but said they could not find that model cover.
Dockholiday..... I will try the cleaner and see if that can shine them up.

I would give him too ya but my wife would disown me...... The dog is much more important.....
All kidding aside he has been a good dog to have around the lake and the boats........ Does not swim but will get in up to his neck and on the swim platformof he wakeboard boat.....
With the pontoon being so high out of the water has anyone ever made/used some sort of platform a dog could get on at water level so when we are in the water he is closer to the action? Just curious

That's what a friend did was using a small pull tube for the Basset. Be sure and get one with a heavy cover otherwise claw puncture

What I was actually about to experiment with was a foam mat made of the same material that a pool saddle is made. With it being 6ft long I am hoping it will be sturdy enough for him to stand on and it not sink...... I will put a rope thru one ccorner and anchor to the toon.
If you dont know what a pool saddle is you should get some....... Great adult float

Look around you can find them for $9.99 at the end of the season.
