Hello everyone... In several of my previous posts I've ranted about what a problem I've had unloading and loading at the launch.. almost everyone of you that replied said ( paraphrasing here ) be cool, it will get better in time. And you guys were right. Took the boat out both days this weekend and hardly a glitch in loading and unloading. Not to say I feel like I can do it with my eye's closed, but I'm about to get past the "freakin out " stage when I approach the trailer. Another thing, I've started using a smaller, but deeper launch... since the switch I haven't been churning up mud and moss and clogging up my motor... really nice to be able just to turn the boat around and head out to the lake w/o hearing that damn alarm sounding. Appreciate you' guys. Now watch, after bragging, the next time I take her out it will take me 3 or 4 attempts to get back on the trailer... aint that always the way?

and if it does don't sweat it.... I have been loading and unloading for years and yesterday I had to back back in and push the boat over just a bit so it sat on the bunks rights.

I am the same way still get off on the bunks a little bit. One thing I have found if you have 3 people or so you can get under the toon with the small of your backs and just lifter right on the bunks. Done this 2 times now. Last time the transducer bracket was too far over and did have to back her back down.

I have been very lucky considering I am a new toon owner. This year we have been on the water 13 times and not once did I have an issue loading however I do have guide on bunks. I consider these my cheater boards. I am however cutting the the carpet on the left guide bunk. Still cannot figure out what I am doing. Maybe going in to deep or not enough when loading? Anyone have any ideas or is my explanation to poor to understand.

Roland congrats on getting better bud. I always worry a tad when loading so your not the only one bud.
