launching with lift straps

One of the places I like to fish only has launching by lift straps (lifts regular fiberglass boats up to 30 feet in length). My question is: Would lifting a 20 foot Sweetwater pontoon boat with straps destroy the pontoons? Thanks in advance for any responses!

Probably better to get an answer from Godfrey. Not a fan of sling lifts an the like but probably would not hurt for that short period.
Are they going to sling the toons or use the lifting rings?

I got mine lifted in once they connected to the lifting eyes with no problems.

Okay, I talked to a dealer and they said they lift by the rings and don't have a problem. So, that's what I'll do! Thanks for all the responses.

They don't lift by the rings on the front and backs of the logs, they can't handle the weight of the boat. They set the lift straps up under the pontoon log's seams. Each section has a welded in disc inside for structural support.

Nope, it's not a problem:

MY DEALER TAKES ALL THE RACKED PONTOON BOATS IN AND OUT WITH STRAPS ON A DAILY BASIS. SHOULD BE A COMPLETE NON ISSUE.
