Advice please: On a 2011 Manitou 20 ft. Oasis VP

#1 Post by robster » Sat Feb 19, 2011 5:00 pm

Howdy- Any advice on this boat would be very helpful.. Thanks in advance .. we just came back from the Charlotte,NC boat show and looked at a 2011 20 Oasis VP it's the VP Tritoon 20 ft. 10 inches length with a Yamaha 115HP 4-stroke motor for $31,496 delivered,NO TRAILER. We plan on keeping our boat in the water at a marina. The seating arrangement fits 7-8 people,9 crammed. We probably will seldom take out more than 5 people. Any advice on this model will be greatly appreciated. We will be boating on Lake,Wylie,SC and the lake can be busy. Our old boat a 21ft runabout handled the chop just fine. The 22 ft. Oasis is above our affordability.
PS: we plan on cruising, pulling a tuber and occassionally water skiing.
Cheers,
Robert

Manitou is top of the line. Sounds about right with no trailer
