I unhooked battery in Fall to move it. I am just now getting ready to put it back in water. I need confirmation of the wiring.
there are two cables coming from engine one pos/one neg no prob. The other two are from from boat one is red I assume is pos the other is several wires together w/one terminal for battery & I assume this is negative.
It makes sense, just need an ok. I hate it when the battery sparks.
Thanks

That would make sense. If you have an ohmmeter you could verify which wires are grounded (negative) but based on your description you're right.

Sounds right to me. Next year Tag all the positive so you will be sure. It's easy to forget. I learned years ago to bundle and tag then you don't have to worry if your right. Just don't start the motor until everything is hooked up properly and working.
