Seems like you want to contact the manufacturer of your toon and they could help

I have had a new one put on my toon. The dealer got it from the MFG. Had a 3rd log added and that changed the capacity for the boat. Did your old one come off or did you also add flotation? What I would do is take your VIN and registration to a local dealer (or call the nearest) and see if they can contact the MFG to have one sent. I am not sure they will just send you one. If that is the case, what would stop anyone form changing theirs to a 250 HP limit and then over motor their boat?

Can the coast guard help? I know they have those voluntary inspection programs where you can have thier volunetters inspect your boat for free and give oyu suggestions on what you may want to do to be safer. Maybe contact them if there is a station close by if the MFG or dealer dont seem to help.

Don't know how your state is but in Oklahoma I would call for a Oklahoma Lake Patrol to inspect and rate the boat. I then could get a new hull number and it will have the new HP rating included. I would then re-title the boat. We did that years ago when we totally rebuilt an old toon.
