I ordered a flip back bench seat from PontoonStuff.com last Thursday Feb 5 and it arrived today. Appears to be well made and was very easy to assemble. I'd rate this item 5 stars.
This will be installed on my Bayrunner center console that currently has no passenger seating. I'll remove the livewell that's behind the helm and install the bench seat. I'll plumb the storage box and use it as a fish box.
