Had mine for a few years now and I have to say it been a great boat, no major problems. Ride like a dream in choppy water. Solid built boat :2cents

My JC rides very well in our lake's 2 and 3 foot cruiser wakes. I originally wanted a 26 footer, but realized that my dock only would accommodate a 25 footer. I don't think I'll miss the extra foot.

Fit and finish is very good.

I bought my JC new in 2008. 3 years later I have had no issues at all. Fit and finish and overall quality are top notch. Our lake gets very busy and because of that it is rough most of the summer. Although I only have a 115hp Honda but I can run full throttle (27-29mph GPS depending on load) and she cuts right through the chop while other boats are running slow and getting beat to death.

I can honestly say I have nothing bad to say about my JC other than I wish they offered lifting strakes in 2008. The 2009 models were the first ones to offer this option and my dealer and JC states that my Toon would not benefit due to insufficient HP.

Anyone looking at Toons should take a look at the JC series.

JC seems to be pretty well regarded, but the dealer network is a little small. Otherwise, i think they would be better known. Still not a Playcraft, though.... 8)
