Wise pontoon seats

A bit earlier this summer I opened one of the new seats I installed last winter to find out the plastic seat bottom had broken. I sent a e mail in on a Saturday to inquire about the warranty and to my surprise I got a answer that Monday asking the model and color and so on. And I received a replacement by Thursday. I completely surprised me by their very fast response.
