Found one of these and was wondering if this brand is good because it seems to be rarely seen and very little info on the Internet.

I can't really give you any information on the brand... I did notice about a year or so ago a local dealer had a few out on his lot... stopped and looked at them, they appear to be a nice boat..

They are very nice boats IMO. They are part of Brunswick group, who also own Harris FloteBote maker of some very nice pontoons.
I looked at a Cypress Cay before buying my Sweetwater. The Cypress Cay is in the same price point as Sweetwater, but I found the Cypress Cay to be nicer overall. They clearly leveraged Harris build techniques in the Cypress Cay line.
In the end, the Cypress Cay dealer is what turned me off.

seabreeze is their entry level model, so very few standard features but many options to choose from, so really depends what your looking for. they make good boats but that particular boat may be a base model.

Hubby put a deposit on the boat today. The bad things about this are: 6 hour drive, I got a head cold today, and we are test driving it early Monday morning. The highs here Monday will be mid 40's. The temp in Myrtle Beach may be colder. Brrrrr!

The Cypress Cay is a premium pontoon boat.
I would have been proud to own one, but my local dealer only stocks'em with mid size motors and two toons. We were looking for a tritoon with 150 hp.
Go for it.
