Looks like a nice, roomy and SECURE facility, Roland! Also looks pretty easy to get your boat in and out of (at least for now, as it looks like you're one of the only "occupants").
Funny thing about that...the guy that owns it also owns an auction company.. He had been talking about building a boat and rv storage building for a year and I told him if and when he did, I wanted a spot... well after he built it ( it's about 16000 sq feet, not huge but nice and roomy ) he decided to start storing alot of his auction items in there... and believe me, when it's full of auction items, there aint much room left... when he's got alot of stuff in there theres no way you can turn a truck and boat around, I usually just unhook the boat from the truck and manually push the boat and trailer into the spot by turning the wheel on the trailer jack... he also has a battery powered cart that you can hook up to your trailer and move it that way also, but my boat is so light on the trailer it's less hassle to just push it by hand... however on days like the one pictured above, when he dosn't have a lot of stuff in there, I can pull in, turn around and back the boat into the spot... what I really love is that it's on the way to the lake... plus security is great, like I said, you have to go thru 2 gates each with separate keypads, and then a third key pad with a different code to get the building door to roll up.... security cameras out the wazoo in and aound the building... I hesitated renting the spot at one point because he was more expensive then the place I was using.. but I will come pretty close to making up that extra cost in gas savings...
