Over the weekend the weather was nice... in the 60's, so i pulled the toon out from behind the house, pulled off the cover, sat in it with a beer in hand, and made motor boat sounds!!
Also 303'd all the seats, checked the engine n fluids. Crawled around underneath to look for any loose bolts or whatever.. found none...
Checked the air in all the tires and adjusted.
Then put the cover back on and backed it into its little corner, patted it on the butt and whispered... "Soon baby... Sooooooooon"....

We got 7 inches of snow today, but it's supposed to warm up into the 60s by Sat...we also turn the clocks ahead, so yeah it won't be long !

I had to re-tie all the bungie cords and line on the cover over the boat.
The winds in Southern NJ have been gusting over 60 miles an hour off an on for over a week.
The tarp is really torn up, however no water on the toon as it still has another two covers over it.
Like BMR we woke up to 8 inches of snow.
I can't wait for the warmer weather and begin mounting the new docking lights, depth finder and grill.

Tell me what's spelled wrong in that post, Einstein.
Seriously, did you eat a lot of lead paint as a child ? Got dropped on your head, or what ?
And wait a minute, I thought you said you weren't Malcolm ? Only Malcolm calls me Badnoom.

I guess someone forgot to tell Malcolm that daylight savings time is earlier this year...the 8th. Don't they have calendar's in Tap Fin Land ?
Oh right, they can't read in Tap Fin Land, so why have calendars ?

He also fails to understand what he's reading. I said we are supposed to set the clocks ahead Sat. evening and he understood it as my having already done it.
What a toolbox.

Yet he won't show up for the "Chesapeake Tap Fin Challenge", 2 years running now.
You'd think he'd want to meet me in person since he likes to stalk me online so much.

Snowing here tonight with Winter Weather Advisories.
I almost pulled the toon out of the building earlier this week. Glad I left it stowed away now.
Waiting for the lake to come to summer pool so I can put the boat in sucks. It's the longest time of the year between the first warm days and the warm weather getting here for good.
