Re: Pontoon cleaner
I used the PINK condensor cleaner before I polished my logs, and will do the same next time, if needed. I got a gallon of the stuff for free, as my dad is an HVAC tech. I think if you dilute the stuff correctly, and then go through the trouble of polishing the logs, and then adding a sharkhide protectant, both products will work the same. My logs could use a little sprucing up now, but I did mine 3 years ago already. I can see a few spots where I forgot to apply the sharkhide, and there is a night and day difference in the look of the aluminum. SHARKHIDE your logs when done if you want them to stay looking nice for more than a week or so.

I want to clean the toons and apply Sharkhide. Do you have to do anything special to protect the trailer paint when using the NAPA aluminum cleaner? Will it damage the grass?

The active ingredient in both products is Hydrofluoric Acid.
