Does this seem like a decent deal?

#1 Post by Toonnut86 » Wed Jun 29, 2016 9:23 am

Through my search I'm finding these boats hold their value extremely well but is 38 with a trailer a reasonable price for this? It's a 07 with less than 200 hours 300 Suzuki with fly by wire control. The trailer in picture is not included trailer is brand new tandem with brakes

Hard to say either way, but that's a lot of mula for a basically 10 yr old boat. Does look new though.

Yeah that's my issue. It is a ton of money for a 10 year old boat... But considering a new one with a 300 your talking 75k real money its about half

I plugged it into NADA used boats with the features I could make out and got an average retail (without trailer) in the mid, maybe upper 20's. It does appear to be well kept or at least well detailed. If you're financing, run by the bank and see what value they'd put on the boat.

Minus engine too I assume? I plugged it all in and it came out to around 40, so I don't feel like it's a screaming deal... But I don't think it's a terrible one either

It might be desirable for a UT fan--either Texas or Tennessee's colors.

To some of us, the color's just a little obnoxious to be very attractive.

It does look clean. I wonder if it's got the right prop on that Zuki. They're really different animals--with their low gear ratios, large diameter and high pitch propellers.

I'm just happy I doesn't have any checkered flags on it :nana :nana :nana
