FREE BOAT TIME!

#1 Post by James Myers » Tue May 23, 2017 5:10 pm

Okay, so I'm not sure how best to do this but I want to give away everything you could ever want in a rebuild to a forum member. I'm going to make it a yearly thing.. the catch is I'd like whoever wins to use our Deck Designer to build what they want then document their rebuild on the forum and my little forum at http://www.PontoonStuff.com too so more people have chance to see it. Inserting links to the different products and stuff would be a big help to us. Moderators could probably help with that? I'll check with Mike too but I think he'd be okay with that.

There will be no real limit to what you can do within reason, for example don't ask for 7 power bimini tops haha. Anything you could image doing to your pontoon with the stuff we have is fair game.

Just go to www.pontoonstuff.com use our designer (give us feedback about it) and add whatever you want to the cart.. the winner will get a 100% discount code to use and shop away.

I'd love everyones thoughts on how to do this... for our Facebook giveaways we gather up all the names put them in a lottery tumbler and then draw a name. We could print out everyone who replies to this thread and draw a name... that way it's guaranteed to be legit and I promise I won't fill the tumbler thing with only one name LOL. We could even line up all the names on a table display them, put them in the tumbler and draw so everyone knows it's not fixed.

You can see how we do it by checking our Facebook page at http://www.facebook.com/pontoonstuff

Thoughts?

I see your giveaways on F.B.
Is it ok to tag the same person each time? Not too many of my friends are interested in boat stuff.

Really, it won't let you do anything?? What type of computer are you using? Do you know the software... is it new or old?? Not good! Gotta fix this!

Also, yes you can tag the same people... we can saturate their brain that way just in case they need something for a pontoon lol.

Thanks, James, sorry my brother had to trash the floor during the final few steps of finishing it, or you would have had a lot better shots of ours, but still, we had a brand new boat thanks to you, it was work, but then you know you did it and was worth every minutes.

Your first post is this? Do you have a pontoon already?

I have already used your designer and it is way cool. I would love to redo my boat, I even showed the wife and she agreed that it would be nice to have a different layout and new seats.

This is an awesome idea, count me IN.

Now I will sit back and cross my fingers and hope for the win... Although a Blue T-Rex would probably have a better chance of winning the free style swimming event at the summer Olympics.. LOL!

I'm not clear on how to "get in the game". Surely you can't see what's in each member's Cart...

Just respond here saying you want in the game. Then if you win, you get whatever you want!
