We used to plan to, going so far as packing sheets pillows etc. Then dark comes along with bugs, damp air, so we go home.

I had a Bennington GCW with rear loungers. Slept on it for two nights while camping at south state park Higgins lake in Michigan. Put the mooring cover up to keep the bugs down to minimum . Wasn’t a bad night sleep , until the sun comes up, then it was hot as hell under there!

Did the same with our Premier and Manitou. Put the mooring covers on and yep... It does get hot, fast! Opening the door flaps helped out a lot on the Premier. We took an inflatable mattress that fit between the front loungers, made it into a super large bed. Actually was comfortable. Until the sun came up. So then we just did a skinny dip bath and went on with the next day. Its better than running back to the ramp, fighting the ramp and trailering back home, if you are going back out the next morning. Our next will have an overnight package.

That will keep the bugs out...
put a blow up mattress in the center, blow it up so it is level with your front seats.

We do and love it! We got our boat used and it came with a full tent enclosure with roll up flaps screened windows and doors on each end and side. I also buiot a knock down full front area but like it so much we just leave it up all the time and it gives us even more storage underneath it. Nothing like waking up on the lake in the morning

Forgot to mention that all the panels just zip onto the top and then snap to the rails. The wife and I can fully enclose it in about 10 minutes.

We set ours up to over-night on. We've enjoyed several weekends on the local lakes.
