2004 60hp Merc 4 stroke

Hey guys...thinking about changing the oil and plugs myself...is this something a novice (at best) could do?

To drain the oil you probably have a drain bold on the mid section of the OB you can just remove and not use the pump.

I assume its a 4 stroke and yes you should be able to do both.

Welcome !!!

Sure you can do this yourself. When changing plugs, just make sure you have the correct wire back on the correct plug. Just do 1 at a time, and you should be good to go.
