I am looking at purchasing a new or used pontoon boat but I also have alot of other water toys and I have seen a few of these pontoon boats out there where they have eiter customize them or bought them and need info. I am looking for a pontoon boat with a large enought front deck that I can put 2 pwc's on the front deck with a hoist and still be able to carry about 6-10 people. If you know where. Can get one or have info on how I can build one or buy a junk frame and build one fro deck up please let me know thank you.

alot of it depends on what skis you want to put on the front. i could probably put 2 stand ups on my bow or maybe an old xp. no way i could get even my kawasaki on my bow. i'm not even considering how the weight would affect the boat. i used to spend alot of time at pwctoday.com and i remember a few guys had taken a toon and totally stripped it to make a moving dock to hold a standup and gas cans. they would just pull the super jet up the back or side.

my guess is you would need to find a big older toon with 3 toons of the largest diameter you can find and strip it down and then reconfigure it to your liking. good luck and keep us in the loop with your project.

Maybe this one? http://austin.craigslist.org/boa/1734133531.html
Not sure if it would hold the weight and people. I would be leary of using a lift for a heavy PWC. That's a lot of torque applied to the deck. Maybe a floating ramp and an electric winch?
