That's like when Ford had problems with the IH diesel engines they used in their trucks, so they quit paying for them (but kept receiving them and selling them in their trucks) and sued International Harvester for the cost of warranty repairs.
So IH counter-sued for a years worth of engines Ford hadn't paid for.and stopped shipments of their diesel engines. Well guess what, Ford didn't make their own diesel, so now they had none to sell in their trucks.
Brilliant American business thinking. What the hell are they teaching in our business universities? Look at what has happened to our large corporations in the last 20 years.
