privacy curtain frame

Anyone got any ideas on building a spring loaded privacy curtain frame for under a sundeck lid? Photos?

How much privacy? Like porta potty privacy? A hula hoop with a shower curtain works well....

Mine is a inverted U with another U that bolts to it. The top U has bolt so it will hinge and the curtain is Velcroed to the frame. It has the gas thingee's that hold it up
