Well we got an 2001 90 HP Mercury with top mount controls, we are still a few days out from having it hung yet, we haven't even got the engine pod back from the welder yet, but we did start laying the wood to start figuring out where the helm, seats and tables will go, before we start making holes in the new wood.

40 x 60 I do believe, a lot of buses were painted or worked on in there by guys who converted greyhound type buses to RV's, I know my Dad's bus, two of my Uncles buses were painted there, my Dad's friend built it to build his and loaned it out many times to friends, then my brother brought the property ten years ago.

Many great projects have been completed there and this is just the latest, this is my Dad's bus and yes we polished all that SS on his bus 15 years ago, at least SS lasts almost forever when polished.

He build that building back in the good old days, when he asked the city for a permit to build it, they told him you don't need a permit, just do it, that doesn't happen anymore.

Herb, Have you thought about sending your project into PDB for a story?I think it would make a great read and also give Pontoonstuff a positive mentioning.. Just a thought....

If they heard the name HandymanHerb they wouldn't want a thing to do with it :rofl :rofl :rofl :rofl :rofl :rofl

Besides Lake had a better story with what some of the guys did on his birthday a few years back and he told them N.F.W. after they kicked us off PDB, but still wanted to use his story to look good

Ohhhhhh... I knew that there was something bad associated with "tapfins" :donno But I didn't know it was a part of PDB. Sorry, I figured that since the magazine is 90% advertisements your progress would be a welcomed story. Oh well.. :censored em we'll just read about it here.
