What works good on the panels is a softball. Just roll it out with it. If you pound it out you'll get some nasty elephant ears sticking out from the other side. My side panel for the Premier would have cost $1800.00 if it wasn't under a safety recall. They aren't cheap. Depending on your deductible, with the age of the boat, thats the route I would probably go. Actually, if you can just get them to send the aluminum, its easy to install in the railings. But... try the softball approach.

is there a chair behind it? if so jam a bike tire inner-tube in there and pump it up it will pop it put. that worked great for BMR on his party cruiser.

How do you work it out, with a rubber ball peen hammer or something like that?

I would try doing it by hand as much as I could,,shouldn't take much force
