Another thought would be to simply call a dealer (any dealer with a strong service department) and see how they handle this. I suggest this because the other day I was at a dealer and I noticed an '08 Bennington that I love and I asked if it was there for service or if it was traded in. He said the middle log had A LOT of water in it. The point I am making is that I bet any good service department that works on pontoons will deal with this situation several times each year. They probably know how to handle it. Ask them what they do and hope they have some good ideas.
