Did you name your boat?

#1 Post by bobalong » Wed Apr 04, 2012 10:11 pm

I am sure this has been posted before, I did a search but could not find it though. Although I am a new member and pontoon boat owner, it appears there are lots of new
pontoon boat owners on here as well who may not have seen the thread either.

We named our boat Walleye Masters. We love walleye fishing and bought our boat with an inheritance from my wifes uncles, their last name was Master.

Funny how that works, isn't it? My 3 year old says the same about ours...

Oh, and ours is named "Aye Candy".

Horn Lake Hunny

I used to live on Horn Lake (Arkansas, not Mississippi) and I met my wife there. She was my "Horn Lake Hunny", so I used that name for the first boat we bought together. We still occasionally take the boat back to that lake as well. I also introduced my wife (before she was my wife :rofl ) to the fine art of skinny dipping in that lake, coincidentally from a buddy's party barge :biggrin2 :leghump

We finally settled on "Sweet T" (wife's name is Tina).

Best boat name I've ever seen was on one of those crazy-ass multi-million dollar houseboats...

I just got the lettering a couple weeks ago. The decal Knot So Fast is sitting on the table ready to go on the boat. It has a double meaning.

We have been working on a name for the new Premier, but we are at wits end figuiring it out. So I put out a challenge on my EzFender Facebook page to give away 2 pairs of EzFenders to someone that gives us an idea that we end up using on the Premier, I'll offer it here too, since we are all family! Does not have to reflect the EzFenders, but we would like it to reflect the Premier or some boating activity. Myself, I like Cirrhosis of the River, but the wife thought it was kinda bizzare. And she is the boss, ya know! Come on guys, help us out!!!

Named ours "Waste Some Time" after a Colt Ford song.

Working on the artwork for the lettering, shirts, hats, tervis tumblers etc... gotta have some fun, right??!!
