New Guy

#1 Post by Just Laxin » Mon Aug 27, 2012 4:51 pm

Another newbi here! I have lurked here for awhile. I finally found a real boating forum that talks about boating. We got our first Tritoon this past spring, Southbay. Very happy with it!! I have been a boater for over 45 years and still love it. I hope I can contribute from time to time but I do have to say I have learned a lot from this forum about pontoons.

Welcome to the forum. I bought a used southbay (first boat of any kind for us) this Spring get and aside from a couple bumps, it's been a great craft! I post a lot because I figure I can't be the only one with as many who has stupid questions and we need answers from "seasoned" mariners like yourself.

The instructions for pictures are in a sticky and for the avatar just reduce it 150x150 or less.

Welcome glad to have you on the posting side, can't wait to see the pics.

I think South Bay has bragging rights here at Lake of the Ozarks. A South Bay with triple 300's did 112 mph in the LOTO Shootout this past weekend.
