just joined site, have a buddy with a 2002 suntracker regency party barge willing to sell to me but the seats and interior are ruined from being un covered for a long time, what is the best way to go replace entire furniture or get factory seat skins and recover. i really like the seat layout and not too hip with the aftermarket seats

I'm in the same situation. I've found buying new seats is a lot cheaper than having them re-upholstered. I sent pics to a a couple places around me that do seat upholstery and they were all around $3000. Buying new furniture is going to cost me around $2000 and that's with a lot more seating then what is currently on the toon.

That's close to the figures I came up with on my old toon. I just backed out 3k on the price an sold it as is. Had one estimate of over 2k to recover, but looking around 2500 would have bought all new furniture.

I threw all the furniture away and bought good lawn seats, so I can add seats or remove them as needed and a whole lot lighter, then when I get home the frames stay on the toons and the cushions come inside out of the weather.

I do have to keep the cushions off till I get to the ramp so they don't blow off, but you can buy some good pool furniture that's looks good and with a few screws you can empty the deck for more fishing room.

This is the way to go on a older toons to keep the costs and weight down.

I can't believe I haven't had a gator loaded on my toon yet, was standing by a few years back for one not far away but I guess he found some where else to go because we never got a call back on him after going to look for him one night.

I know that I am going to face that problem soon. I really like the seats in the regency and don't know if you can buy some that will be as nice. I have only seen pictures in catalogs and on the net but they don't look as good as the ones the manufacture put in.
