Grilling
I got one of these last year. I really enjoy cooking on it. I haven't carried it onto the 'toon yet, but I don't think I will have a problem with that. But, it appears that you can't get it any more. Does anyone know about that?
Plus, if anyone has any other grilling tips or talk, bring it on.

I haven't seen any yet this year, but the stores may not be geared up for summer yet.
We have a little table top cheepy for the boat, and we do all our cooking in camp, over an open fire. I enjoy camp cooking, almost as much as boating, and fishing.
Ever tried a Dutch oven?

Camp Cooking
We do most of our camp cooking over the open fire (unless, of course it's raining, and even then sometimes). We bought our first dutch oven this year at Cabela's. Over the 4th of July everyone was to bring a "mystery" ingredient to camp. I used chicken stock as the base and then we added everyone's suprise. No one told what they had brought. 1 C. worth of ingredient per person in each family. We had steak, chicken, mushrooms, beans, corn, pork, carrots, garlic, a jalapeno, celery, hot dogs, ham, spices, all thrown together and cooked for about 8 hrs. Hot briquetes on top and on bottom. Kept changing the briquetes to keep it hot. Very fun and very delicious. I think I will use beef stock as a base next year. The flavors were truly exceptional. Add some crusty garlic bread toasted over the open fire.
